Activity Crew, Park Operations

Our client is a leading provider of themed indoor activity centres in Singapore are seeking a creative and energetic Activity Crew, Park Operations to enhance the park experience through dynamic event coordination and guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and maintain high standards of operational excellence
• Prioritize safety while engaging guests in a variety of activities, programs, and learning journeys
• Interact proactively with guests, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns across various channels (in-person, mobile, or digital)
• Propose, review, and implement enhancements to the parks offerings and guest experiences
• Support team leaders in staff training and team development
• Oversee and manage the operations of specific attractions or rides
• Perform housekeeping tasks, ensuring cleanliness of guest and crew areas, conducting safety inspections per SOPs, and maintaining the overall ambience of the park
• Take on any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Friendly, approachable, and courteous demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in mascot performance is a plus
• Ability to multitask, with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in spoken and written English
• Additional language skills are a bonus
• Experience in retail, attractions, child-focused environments, or performing arts is advantageous
