Adjunct Counsellor

Job Description

• Provide face-to-face and online counselling to students.
• Support students with emotional, academic, behavioural, and mental health concerns.
• Manage counselling cases, including crisis and high-risk situations.
• Maintain accurate case notes and follow-up records.
• Work with lecturers, parents, and relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in clinical supervision and student well-being programmes.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with professional ethics.
  

Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Counselling, Psychology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant counselling experience.
• Youth counselling experience preferred.
• Able to handle crisis and high-risk cases.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
• Able to provide both in-person and online counselling.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
