Adjunct Lecturer for Master of Science in Psychology

Key Responsibilities
-Provide dynamic teaching in core areas including critical thinking, research methodologies, mentoring and coaching practices, leadership, curriculum design, and inclusive education.
-Design and apply creative learning resources and assessment strategies that support the goals of the academic program.
-Support students in completing advanced assessments such as reflective writing, analytical critiques, research proposals, and the development of their final thesis projects.
-Cultivate a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that values diversity, equity, and respect for different perspectives.
-Work collaboratively with other faculty members to strengthen curriculum design and maintain high program standards.
-Participate in ongoing professional learning and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing program effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in psychology or a closely related discipline; a PhD is an advantage.
- Demonstrated experience teaching at the postgraduate level in a related field.
- Knowledge of psychology research methodologies
- Proven ability to develop engaging learning materials and encourage active student participation.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities along with effective interpersonal skills.
