Admin and Finance Officer - Urgent Role

Job Description:

• Provide administrative support to the Facility Management Team for respective projects
• Work closely with respective stakeholders in Preparation of Work Requests, Quotations to clients, Generation of Monthly Claims, Reports, etc
• Manage all Purchase Orders in terms of issuance to Sub-Contractors, Check & Collate Contractors Claims & Invoices before submission to Finance Department for payment
• Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned whenever required

Job Requirement:

• Have relevant experience in Finance and Admin
• A team player
