X Star Technology, a leading fin-tech company, is seeking a detail-oriented & meticulous Admin Assistant to join our team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
• Processing of applications for Hire Purchase
• Data entry in Hire Purchase software
• Preparation of documents for Hire Purchase
• Submission of documents to banks for Hire Purchase
• Submission of GIRO collection
• Updating of receipts in system
• Following up on payments for Hire Purchase
• Managing and tracking of accounts receivable for Hire Purchase
• Preparation of installment and debtors reports
Requirements:
• GCE O’/N’ levels and its equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Meticulous and able to prioritise work and manage datelines
• Prior experience in the automotive industry will be an advantage
• Possess Class 3 driving license is a plus.
