1. Customer Service at the front desk which includes:
A. Answer phone calls promptly and courteously
B. Attend to phone and walk-in inquiries
C. Apply Customer Service etiquette such as showing empathy, listen
actively, communicate in a friendly manner
2. Caring for students:
A. Attend to students in the sickbay
B. Administer First Aid when required
C. Contact parents when required
D. Co-ordinate early dismissal of students
3. Assist in admin duties
A. Data Entry
B. Receive goods delivered and coordinate with the ordering person
C. Assist GO staff with school events
D. Any other duties assigned by the school
Requirement:
Minimum Qualifications:
ESS Career Readiness Certificate (operations) or ESS Workplace
Literacy and numeracy (WPLN) Level 5
Experience:
Shall have at least 3 years of experience in administrative duties
Prior Experience working in school environment will be an added
advantage
Other Skils prefered:
Bilingual (English and Mandarin) preferred
Ability to speak and understand additional languages eg. Malay or
Tamil will be an added advantage
Knowledge in Microsoft Offic
Duration/Working hours:
1 year contract (Option to extend 1yr) 1Jan 2026 to 31 Dec 2026)
Monday to Friday: 7am to 4.15pm, inclusive of 45min lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
