Responsibilities

Support in the review of academic policy documents, communications, and processes to ensure relevancy and compliance.
Assist in developing and maintaining user-friendly online guides/manuals for our learners.
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items and track progress.
Schedule meetings and coordinate logistics, including booking meeting rooms, arranging virtual meetings, and sending invitations.
Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

Proficient in MS word and excel
A-Level, Diploma or Degree in any discipline
Prior experience in supporting policy work and administrative support would be advantageous
