Admin Assistant (General Admin / Sales Support / Various Opening)

• Working hours: 8:30am – 6pm
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the team by managing paperwork, filing, and documentation
• Answer all incoming calls promptly and effectively in an efficient and professional manner
• Handle purchasing and liaise with customers
• Process delivery orders/ invoices and other ad-hoc duties
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma in Administration or equivalent 
• Training provided for those without/lesser experience
