Job Description:

Front Office: Performing receptionist duties such as greeting guests, answering calls, handling deliveries, etc.
Office Management: Stocking office supplies and snacks, as well as ordering lunch as required. Maintaining the office budget.
Travel Management: Managing and filing business visas for international travel. Reserving hotels, transportation, and flights for personnel and guests as required.
Admin Assistant: Assisting and supporting the Manager and relevant departments with administrative tasks.
All ad hoc activities as required.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum N/O levels.
Able to commence work on short notice.
