Job Highlights

• Contract Duration: 6 months. 
• Nearest MRT Station: Redhill MRT.
• 5 Working Days per Week.
• Hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Certification Management: Maintain and update registry, liaise with stakeholders for certified assessors, and communicate training updates.
• Service Matrix Revamp: Validate adult disability services information in the sysytem and propose a redesigned service matrix.
• Administrative Support: Assist with pilot programme updates, case coordination, post applications, and Info and Referral tasks.
• Data Management: Aggregate, clean, and migrate legacy data for enhancements, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date referral applications.
• Onboarding Support: Facilitate outreach to onboard to new system and provide insights from data review to support the transition.

Requirements

• Singaporean only.
• Knowledge or experience in administration, data migration and management would be advantageous.
• Minimum Diploma holders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Offices and tech savvy.
