Admin Assistant (Marketing cum Operations Support)

• Location: East
• 5 days work week
• Basic up to $2800

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist for preparation of flyers & advertisement content
• Assist to create & maintain marketing content of company on company's landing page & social media platform
• Involve in daily operations support such as 
  1. Assist trainer to provide training materials & deliver training presentation/demonstration to end user as when needed
  2. Liaise with customer & supplier on product testing
  3. Assist technical team to prepare engineering documentation
• Other office administrative function

Job Requirement:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
• Ability to work in combination of administrative & customer service 
• Knowledge in using social media for advertisement/ content sharing purposes
• Entry level is welcome to apply as training will be given
