Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact to all Business Units, HR and Payroll team.
- Liaise with various departments such as Finance, Operations & HR to ensure efficient work flows.
- Support creation of new hire profiles for all operations and frontline employee.
- Data maintenance of employees’ movement (confirmation, transfers, salary adjustment, update particulars, resignation etc).
- Verify data entry done by other team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Send customized report to payroll for Bi-monthly and Monthly processing (New Join, Resignee, Salary Adjustment, Transfers, AWS payout etc)
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties assigned by Supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only.
- Minimum education of GCE O Level, Professional Certificate, Nitec or above is preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably Junior Executive specializing in Human Resource, Clerical/Administrative support.
- Familiarity with HRIS software (SAP SuccessFactors) is preferred.
- Able to work both as a team member and independently.
- Excellent communication skills, computer literate and fast learner.
- Good understanding of MOM regulations.
- Meticulous and well-organized team player.
Work Location and Details:
- Location: Harbourfront
- Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Attire: Office attire
