Job Duties:
· Support daily operations
· Handle customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and emails
· Monitor and maintain office documents
· Prepare quotation and issue invoices
· Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
· Possess GCE O Level, NITEC and above with minimum 2-year relevant working experiences
· Outgoing personality, self-driven and good communication
· Proficient in Microsoft Excel or ABSS/MYOB Software

· Flexible work arrangements with full time staff benefits from $1.6K to $3K
