Responsibilities:
- Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and transfers.
- Manage means testing documentation and subsidy reports.
- Facilitate Home-Based Respite Care (HBRC) applications.
- Assist with medical consumables/devices and patient census.
- Prepare patient records, discharge notifications, and case files.
- Maintain inventory and coordinate equipment servicing.
- Handle donations, volunteer coordination, and inquiries.
- Perform administrative tasks and ensure workplace organization.
- Stay updated on industry guidelines and assist as needed.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of healthcare or related experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
