Admin Assistant (Purchaser)

• Manage procurement activities and provide administrative support for operations.
• Conduct procurement and market sensing activities to achieve optimal sourcing results.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process automation for continuous improvement.
• Periodically review and update the procurement manual and processes.
• Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships to enhance business operations.
• Update and maintain vendor listings, purchasing records, and cost information in SAP B1.
• Monitor and coordinate with vendors to expedite prompt delivery of purchases and services.
• Lead and conduct annual vendor evaluation surveys, including analysis and reporting.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible agreements.
• Collaborate with vendors to innovate and improve products and services.
• Maintain proper documentation records of purchases and contracts.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise with vendors in a timely and effective manner.

• Proficiency in SAP Business One
• Strong team player, possess initiative, independent, and has a sense of urgency
• Experience in procurement of Logistics and Fleet related environment will be an advantage
