Job Highlights

Responsibilities
- Handle administrative work for Registry.
- Handling of digital records. This includes managing/tracking file movements and coordinating with different departments to ensure timely routing.
- Handling physical records. This includes checking, sorting, packing and shredding of documents. Lifting of heavy loads, boxes, pulping bag. Shredding of documents.
- Any other ad-hoc duties given by the branch.
Requirements
- Singaporean only.
- Knowledge or experience in administration will be advantageous.
- Highly adaptable and multi-task in a dynamic environment.
