Admin Assistant - VL

• Basic: up to $2500 + Bonus
• Working location: East Central Area 
• Working days - Mon – Fri ; 9am - 6.15pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage data entry and filing for used car sales transactions
• Check used car purchase and sale folders to make sure payments, documents, and approvals are in order
• Generate invoices, process payments for car sales, purchases, and customer refunds
• Manage vehicle ownership transfers, registrations, de-registrations, as well as commission computation and settlement for traded used cars
• Any other duties as required

Requirements:

• At least 2 years working experience in related field.
• Minimum Nitec and above in Accounting, Business and Admin related certification
• Familiar with Microsoft office
• Independent, Meticulous and Hardworking individuals
