Location: West

Working Hours/Arrangement:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6:00pm (3 days in office, 2 days from home)

Duration: 6 months

Description:

Working with the buying team to liaise with suppliers for product enquiries such as listing/samples/getting of images
Responsible for the maintenance and submission of product and promotion listings in Online Website platform
Carry out all administrative work
Support and assist buyers to follow up on certain tasks
Assist buyers by following up with sellers
Assist buyers on customer service feedback
Support buyers to follow up with sellers on their stocks availability whenever there is a B2B enquiry
Support any ad hoc task required

Requirements:

Nitec, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications
Have experience or knowledge in Excel
Proficiency and strong in excel, GSUIT (E.G. google sheets)
