Job Description - Admin Cum Digital Marketing (CBD / Up to $2600 / FX & Remittance)




  • Conduct Trade Settlements

  • Quoting and dealing rates with customers and remittance/money exchange agents

  • Plan and manage digital marketing/advertising activities

  • Do daily reconciliation

  • Filing of documents

  • Resolve remittance issues with customers

  • Carry out general administrative duties






Requirements



Requirements:



  • Minimum Diploma or above in any discipline

  • Bilingual in Mandarin, English (in order to resolve remittance issues from Mandarin speaking customers)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)

  • Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
