Job Description - Admin Cum Digital Marketing (CBD / Up to $2600 / FX & Remittance)

Conduct Trade Settlements

Quoting and dealing rates with customers and remittance/money exchange agents

Plan and manage digital marketing/advertising activities

Do daily reconciliation

Filing of documents

Resolve remittance issues with customers

Carry out general administrative duties

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma or above in any discipline

Bilingual in Mandarin, English (in order to resolve remittance issues from Mandarin speaking customers)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel and PowerPoint)

Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
