Working Days: 5 days/week
Working Hours: 9:00am to 6pm
ADMIN CUM PA
Responsibilities:
- To provide full range of secretarial/administrative duties and personal assistance to owner of the law firm;
- Draft and prepare letters, correspondences, reports, and materials for meetings where necessary;
- Perform office duties and general administrative support;
- Maintain a systematic filing system, records and safekeeping of different kinds of documents;
- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of Management, staffs, and external parties;
- Undertake ad-hoc assignments and related duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- Secretarial certificate, “O” levels or equivalent;
- At least 1 year of relevant experience;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Good initiative, well organized, meticulous and able to work independently; and
- Proficient with MS Office.
