Job Responsibilities:
1. Secretarial Support to Executives (CEO & CFO & CSO): manage Executives’ daily schedule, take minutes in meeting, handle their monthly reimbursement claim, involve in company events arrangement, assist in their business trip on booking flight ticket, hotel, oversea roaming if needed, apply Visa and any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.
2. Administrative Support to Expatriates: order daily lunch and refill the management pantry, responsible for the car rented (eg: contract renewal, arrange car services and monthly bill…) & housing matters (eg: arrange quarterly air-corn services, moving in and out assistance, submit monthly internet, mobile, SP bill for payment…)
3. Assistance to VIP or Guests: book flight & hotel, arrange transportation, food ordering or book restaurant.
4. General Administrative Support: Providing general administrative support when necessary.
5. Any other ad-hoc matters assigned
Job Requirements:
• Candidates should have a minimum of a diploma in any field or higher.
• A preference for candidates displaying a strong sense of duty, capable of performing well under pressure, and contributing positively to team dynamics.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin languages to liaise with Mandarin-speaking guests.
• Prior experience will be viewed favorably.
