Job Scope:

• General administrative tasks for warranty / claims department.
• Ensure timely closure of all repair orders and invoice warranty claims within the submission timeline.
• Process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy before validation.
• Prepare invoice processing reports to prevent claim submission delays.
• Address warranty enquiries
• Provide weekly updates to related departments on outstanding repair orders and purchase order status.

Job Requirement:

• Admin / Customer service / sales support / SAP experience will have added advantage.
