Job Scope
Purchasing Admin
- To support operation and project teams for all purchasing and sourcing requirements for items such as hardware, raw materials, equipment rental, outsourced manpower, stationary, etc
- To be responsible for ERP administrative documents, such as Purchase Order etc.
Sales Admin
- Customer liaison.
- Preparation of sales quotations, SO and DO.
General Administrative Work
- Keeping track of in-house workers/supply workers face scan attendance record
- Submission of progress claim
- Keeping track of periodic certification of equipment
Other Misc Admin
- Data Entry and proper document filing.
- Support in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.
Requirements
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Able to communicate with people of different nationalities
