Admin Executive - Immediate Start

Job Scope

Purchasing Admin

• To support operation and project teams for all purchasing and sourcing requirements for items such as hardware, raw materials, equipment rental, outsourced manpower, stationary, etc
• To be responsible for ERP administrative documents, such as Purchase Order etc.

Sales Admin

• Customer liaison.
• Preparation of sales quotations, SO and DO.

General Administrative Work

• Keeping track of in-house workers/supply workers face scan attendance record 
• Submission of progress claim
• Keeping track of periodic certification of equipment

 Other Misc Admin

•  Data Entry and proper document filing.
• Support in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

Requirements

• Knowledge of MS Office
• Able to work in a fast pace environment
• Able to communicate with people of different nationalities
