Admin Executive (Oral Health Therapy)

[What the role is]

[What you will be working on]

• Support Ops and Admin activities for NYP Oral Health Therapy clinical training at National University Centre for Oral Health Singapore (NUCOHS).
• Oversee the management of course facilities such as simulation labs and x ray machines at NYP.
• Manage asset and inventory records and coordinate the procurement of consumables and equipment.
• Oversee facility maintenance, ensuring workplace safety compliance and cleanliness, safety standards, and adherence to protocols.
• Manage onsite Dental Surgery Assistants and Patient Service Associates at NUCOHS.
• Assist in the preparation of annual operating budgets and finance reports for audits.
• Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of the Diploma in Oral Health Therapy training
• Support school-based outreach activities and events.
• Assume additional responsibilities, when required, in the School of Health & Social Sciences and Nanyang Polytechnic.

[What we are looking for]

• Relevant recent work experience in managing the operations of a dental facility in Singapore.
• Good exposure to lab management including familiarity with facility maintenance, asset management, workplace safety, and procurement.
• Familiarity with online collaboration platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams for on/off campus activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel and similar programs for preparation of reports and data visualisation.
• Familiarity with local Oral Health Therapy legislation and work scope.
