• $2000-$2200
• Immediate - 2.5 Months (Maternity Leave)

Responsibilities:
• To update and maintain contractors' and tenant's contact list
• To assist with the rental arrears management
• Assume receptionist duty at the Centre Management Office
• Assist in submitting claims (telephone, reimbursement, etc) for the Centre Management Office
• Assist in writing minutes in meetings and sending out circulars to tenants
Requirements:
• Min Diploma + At least 2 years’ experience of admin/receptionist/office admin working experience
• Able to FULLY commit for the whole duration
• Prior property industry experience will be advantage
• Good to have knowledge in design software (such as Adobe and In-design)
