√ Working location: Ubi Area

√ Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm

√ Salary: up to $3,000

Our client is from Electrical supply. Looking for Admin Executive to support their dynamic team.

Job Duties:

Answering incoming calls, receiving goods and attending to visitors.
Handle some aspects of project coordination work
Prepare quotations and purchase orders using Autocount software
Source material and negotiate the best price
Work pass application and renewal
Training course application and renewal
ISO documentation
Assist in preparing site progress reports for clients
Submit monthly progress claims to the clients
Gather material catalogues and collate the Operating and Maintenance manual files
Any other tasks assigned by management

Requirement:

At least 2 years of relevant working experience
Minimum Diploma

EA Personnel Reg No: R1433735 Teng Wei Mun (Celest)
