- Hotel booking and Hotel contracts update.
- Communicate to the hotel reservation department and maintain the hotel relationship.
- Serve and communication to our customers e.g. hotel & tour reservations/bookings.
- Proceed of the payment to the associate hotels and document the payment vouchers.
- Record the deposit payment records and tally with the hotel booking records.
- Submit the monthly report to the managing director for the hotel contracts update, hotel booking, hotel payment and etc.
- Monitor, record and reply the specific information of all kinds of schools, camps, courses, venues and other special projects, and establish communication channels.
- Responsible for the scheduled specific projects and attractions tickets, the implementation of specific projects, pay close attention to the project scheduled and scheduled deadline, to reduce the unnecessary costs.
- Responsible for sorting and regularly updated supplier information.
- Daily access to corporate email, to ensure that not miss any important and urgent e-mail and report to director.
- Any other Ad-hoc duties instructed by the management.
