Admin Executive - with Growth Opportunities

We are looking for an admin assistant or executive that is keen to do admin jobs such as assistant HR, admin coordinator, office admin executive , assistant purchaser and other admin position. No experience is require as training will be provided

• Provide administrative support
• Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, drafting letters/emails, data entry, preparing payment vouchers, and taking order from clients
• Organize schedules, arrange meetings, and handle travel arrangements and hotel reservations
• Manage department's administrative needs
• Other relevant job scope as require
• Provide Secretarial and Administrative Support
• Perform general administrative d
• Manage department's administrative needs, including some HR work
• Other requirement as instructed

ITE/ Nitec/ Diploma/Degree ( No experience needed)
