Duties & Responsibilities - Manage the overall office administration including management of office assets, stationery and office supplies & IT system, procurement and general office administration.
- Manage finance, accounts and budget.
- Manage vendor contracts.
- Monitor complex level staffing.
- Responsible for welfare & engagement of staff within the complex.
- Coordinate and organize VIP visits to MMRC.
- Secretariat duties for management meetings if required.
- Any other duties as assign by immediate supervisor.
Skills & Experience - Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Business Administration.
- Candidates who are Commissioned Officers from the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) are highly encouraged to apply.
- Candidate with strong supervisory skills with at least 3 years of relevant experience in managing junior staffs preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- An analytical mind with problem solving skills.
- Possess good spoken & written communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated and result orientated.
