• 5.5 day week
• Handle reservation requests, telephone calls and emails
• Book services with airlines
• Handle day-to-day reservation related matters
• Work closely with internal departments to fulfil customers’ orders
• Arrange timely pickup and delivery of cargos to and from customers according to schedules
• Assisting customers as and when required without compromising on procedures
• Take up tasks and assignments as and when assigned by the superior
