Monday – Friday: 0800-1730
Work Location: Sembawang, near SSC
Responsibilities:
Day-to-day operation administration, answer phone calls, and reply email.
Perform data entry, sorting, scanning, copy, typing and filing.
Issue Quotation, Invoices, Delivery order, purchase order
Prepare payroll.
Requirements
Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
Independent, meticulous, and positive attitude in learning
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
