To assist Admin Manager in these areas:
1. Reception duties handling of walk-in students/parents.
2. Handle in-coming calls.
3. Help in printing duties.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as keying in & analysing data.
5. Provide basic first-aid to students.
Assist in any other duties assigned by Principal, Vice-Principal and Admin
Manager.
Requirement:
1. GCE O level certification
2. Proficient in software such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
3. Must be proficient in spoken English and one other national
language.
4. Shall preferably have more than one (1) year of experience in
working in a Secondary school as a Receptionist.
5. Candidate who is First-Aid trained would be an advantage
6. Able to report to school at 6.30am during the school term
Duration / Working hours:
12 months contract (With option to extend another year) 1 Aug 2025 to 31 Jul 2026
Mondays to Thursdays: 6.30am to 4.00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Fridays: 6:30am to 3:30pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public
holidays
