Admin Support, Infectious Diseases (Locum 5-month contract)

You will provide support in the planning, development, implementation and administration of the Master Course in Vaccinology organised by Infectious Disease Department/Medical Centre for International Travellers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be involved in marketing and promotion of the course and ensuring the speakers (internal and external) and course content are scheduled appropriately and timely
• Provide administrative support for students and faculty throughout the instructional period and schedule exams and invigilate exams as required
• Oversee the administration of the allocated budget and prepare faculty and department compensation arrangements
• Collect feedback from students and faculty for quality assurance and improvement
• Attend training and/or courses as directed by the organising committee

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holders or undergraduates who are pursuing studies on part-time basis
• Previous experience in organising events such as conferences and courses will be advantageous
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.  Internet-savvy and management of virtual platform eg Zoom
• Has good initiative, creativity and can work independently
• Can work 3 full days on a weekly basis and be able to commit to the 5-month contract period
• Paid based on hourly basis
