Admin Temp (Human Resource) 

Location (Nearest MRT): Buona Vista 

Salary: $1,800 / Month 

Duration of Work: January 2025 to July 2025 

Work Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours 

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and logistical support including but not limited to downloading applications, importing applicant’s details into the excel databases, scheduling and contacting candidates for interviews, preparing interview folders and generating offer package.
• Set up and pack up interview rooms to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Assist in organizing and providing administrative support for outreach events, including tasks such as packing and coordination.
• Handle various ad-hoc assignments and additional duties as required to support ongoing operations and events

Requirements:

• Minimally A Levels and above.
• Candidates applying to nursing, pharmacy, or allied health courses cannot be considered due to a conflict of interest, as this role involves assisting with scholarship applications.
• IT Savvy with good knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office (MS Word and MS Excel).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage emails and phone calls.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
