Job Description - ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE

Job Summary


We are seeking an Administration Executive with experience in HR functions and related work to join our growing family.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records (such as employment contract, employment letter etc.)
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in recruitment process including job posting, conducting interviews, on and off boarding of the candidates.
  • Staff benefits and compensation administration
  • Liaise with Government bodies on HR related matters
  • Prepare HR reports and survey when necessary
  • Resolve staff feedback and complaints

Administration Management:

  • Responsible for Company insurance, license and medical insurance and claims
  • Assist Accounts department in HR and Administrative duties.
  • Maintain and manage office stationaries, supplies, & pantry
  • Responsible for Company events, transport, air ticket and hotel accommodations booking etc
  • Oversee the general maintenance and housekeeping of the office premises and equipment
  • Collaborate with the Recruiter to post job ads on careers pages and process incoming resumes
  • Other ad-hoc duties.

 

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel and HR software "AGHrm"
  • Proactive and able to execute tasks within tight deadlines
  • Relevant experience specializing in HR functions would be a plus
  • Good knowledge of Local Employment Act and other employment legislation and regulations.
