As Administration Manager in school, you will play a key role in assisting the school leaders in administrative and procurement matters of the school. You will supervise a team of Executive and Administrative Staff (EAS) to achieve excellence in administration and operations. Key Responsibilities
Job Description
- Reports to Vice Principal Admin and lead a team of admin executives
- Manage the general administration of the school, including customer service and administrative support for school programmes, student admission and student matters
- Support School Leaders to meet strategic needs in areas related to school administration
- Oversee the procurement of goods and services
- Lead the canteen committee to ensure compliance to Health Promotion Board’s guidelines and maintain good working relations with the canteen vendors
- Manage and develop staff in the Admin and Procurement teams
- Plan and allocate budget and resources and exercise financial control over budget expenditures
- Supports school wide events and initiatives
- Review existing administrative processes, including exploring and implementing digital technologies to streamline administrative workflows
Job Requirement
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in general administration and procurement, preferably in a managerial role
- A dynamic and motivated individual with a keen interest in continuous improvement and work excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead and work well in teams
- Good organisational skills with ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
