Job description:
• Assist accountants in coordinating data with accounting firms
• Collect, organize, and summarize relevant financial documents
• Procurement and management of office supplies and equipment
• Reception of visitors
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors
Requirements:
• Higher Diploma or Degree holder of accounting or related equivalent
• 1-2 years working experience in administrative support
• High proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, also Chinese Word Processing is preferred
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, also Mandarin/Cantonese is preferred
• Detail-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure
• Able to work independently with limited supervision and also work well with team
• Immediate available is preferred
