Qualifications & experience
- • Experience as an Administrative Assistant preferably in the logistics industry.
• Experience in using accounting software like Xero will be a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
• Detail oriented.
Tasks & responsibilities
- • Process requests from customers.
• Generate Purchase Orders and Invoices.
• Research new potential customers and suppliers.
• Organize products in warehouse.
• Pack products in warehouse and handover to haulier.
