As an Admin Support staff, you will be providing the administrative and customer service support to the career centre operations.
Your duties include: To ensure accuracy and timeliness in completing the data entry within stipulated time in order to achieve valid placements
Update jobseekers information in CC 4.0 accurately (e.g. placement clocking)
Verify and create new appointment bookings received via the e-appointment system
Assignment of MP cases
Making outbound calls to confirm appointment slots for union referrals, follow up on enquiries, programmes outcome etc
Support for aging reports, statistics generation and other admin work
Other duties assigned by the supervisor
Requirement
O level and above qualification
Able to converse in English & another 2nd language
Preferable to have prior customer service experiences dealing with challenging
situations/demanding clients
Meticulous, independent and a team-player
Willing to learn and able to adapt to new job matching systems
Proficient in MS Office(Excel & Word)
Location: Jurong East/ One Marina Boulevard
Workday: Monday to Friday
Work hours: 830am 6pm
Monthly Basic Salary: $2,390
Commit period: 12 weeks, with option to extend
