Job Description - Administrative Executive (Engineering) - Urgent

Job Description:

He/she will carry out the day to day administrative duties at the site office.
Performing data entry into the CMMS,
Submitting clearance and all other related administrative duties.
He/she will also manage the FM helpdesk service during office hours, upkeep all relating documentation and entries on the Fault call received.
He/she will also assist FOM in the compilation of reports and co-ordinates with respective strategic partner on the prompt submission of the report.
