Job Descriptions:

Handle daily administrative duties.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments for daily operations.
Managing document workflow, organizing, filing, retrieving of documents, maintain database and file records.
Any other ad hoc duties.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Diploma/ Degree in any relevant field (eg: Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, Business Administration or Accounting)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and handle time-sensitive tasks.
Conversant with Microsoft Office.
