Administrative Officer (Fleet Engineering) - 1 Vacancy

Full-time role

The successful candidate would be required to:

• Perform regular computation of the engineering team's KPI reports;
• Update and generate technicians' roster & overtime incentive payment;
• Work with the finance team for direct purchase invoices;
• Perform manual billings for sale of used oil and scraps;
• Handle staff matters like no pay leave, external medical certifications and claims;
• Coordinating for disposal of documents and office equipment;
• Other administrative duties (e.g. filing, collecting and sorting mail, ordering gifts, hampers & wreaths etc.)

The successful candidate shall preferably possess:

• A diploma in Business, Business Administration, or Maritime Business;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with different levels in an organisation;
• Good numeracy skills and an eye for detail;
• Be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications;
• Experience with Oracle system will be an added advantage.
