ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Administrative Officer to provide administrative support to Operations and Engineering departments and be involved in the coordination and implementation of office procedures.

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

· Perform administrative duties in accordance with company policies and procedures.

· Administer petty cash float, assist staff with flexi claims when required.

· Apply Leave/PH and enroll courses for staff. Manage office stationery.

· Assist in stock and spare parts order.

· Request for quotations from external vendors.

· Raise Purchase Orders, perform goods received note and circulate invoices for signatories.

· Administer overtime & allowance claims for employees monthly.

· Account for outstanding PO list monthly.

· Prepare accrual list monthly for submission to Finance.

· Support Monthly Inventory Checks.

· Liaise with staff in other departments and external vendors.

· Prepare statistic data and report as required.

· Support reception desk & breakfast operations when required, training provided.

· Support both in-house and external events when required.

· Liaison with HR Business Partner for staff related matter/staff events.

· Perform related ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

 

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

· NITEC / Diploma / Associate Degree in any fields

· Minimum 2 years in hospitality industry preferred

· Well organized and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and maintain a positive attitude within a busy environment

· Good team player

· Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
