As an Administrative Officer, you will be creating purchase orders received from customers, creating sales invoices to customer, verifying supplier invoices and creating forecast for factories.
Creating sales invoices to customer
- Sales invoices are created to customers when the goods arrived at the forwarders place and shipment will be instructed to the forwarders to carry out the shipment
Creating Purchase orders received from customers
- Purchase orders will be generated through SAP system and issued to the respective suppliers according to each customers demand for their production purposes.
Verifying Supplier Invoices
- Suppliers invoices will be verified received from them and give to accounts department for processing payment.
Creating Forecast for Factories.
- Forecast are given to supplier about once to twice a month.
