• Provide information to enquires, fault reporting, feedback and requests via hotline number and email etc.
• Manage Computer Management System (CMS) helpdesk call with proper record keeping.
• Generate helpdesk call report for monthly report and track pending case for closure.
• Oversee asset management data and update in CMS.
• Manage user feedback with care and response in time.
• Generate monthly report, record meeting mins, matter arising & adhoc mins.
• Sending out meeting invite, planning of meeting dates, updating of master preventive maintenance schedule.
• Auto-cad skill in drawing update and revision, record-keeping and control & update of Drawings.
• Update staff movement and activities, record annual leave, medical leave and overtime record.
• Update Training Matrix, access card custodian, update staff, vendor, client contact list.
• Key press management and Ipad record management.
• Covering for admin officer for procurement, track team attendance and other admin duties
• Performs other duties as reasonably assigned
