Job Description

• Providing administrative and project management support on a range of Organization Development activities and initiatives
• Planning and organising workshops and briefings
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Tracking project milestones
• Updating Organization Development records and databases
• Producing evaluation information and processing invoices.
• Using survey platforms and systems to create and administer organisational surveys.
• Conducting descriptive and basic statistical analyses on data collected to produce meaningful findings and insights for stakeholders.
• Designing collaterals (electronic and printed) to publicise Organization Development activities.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant learning or organisation development experience
• Good team player
• Meticulous with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good planning and organisational skills
• Experience of using survey platforms and data analytics software
