Our client currently looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join their growing team. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring smooth workflow and administrative efficiency across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle general office administration, including reception duties, managing incoming calls, mail distribution, and front-desk operations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate procurement to ensure availability of resources.
Provide administrative support to lawyers and legal teams, including document formatting, filing, and printing of court bundles or legal documents.
Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics for internal and external appointments.
Manage filing systems (physical and digital), ensuring documents are properly stored, updated, and easily retrievable.
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and building management on maintenance or facility-related matters.
Support onboarding processes for new hires including preparing workspace, access cards, and basic orientation.
Ensure office cleanliness and professional environment standards are maintained.
Assist in the coordination of firm-wide events, team meetings, or internal briefings.
Handle ad hoc administrative duties as assigned by the Office Manager or Partners.
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in office administration, preferably in a professional services environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Professional, reliable, and a team player with a positive attitude.
