Administrator - Join a Market Leader

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with parents/prospective parents on all enquiries, enrolment, withdrawal of students, etc.

• Attend to walk-in visitors, phone calls, and emails with positive, helpful attitude.

• In-charge of School Programme fees such as invoicing and collection of fees, preparing summary reports and working with Headquarters on Accounting matters/ECDA on subsidy claims etc.

• Handle HR matters such as applying for work passes and maintaining confidential staff records.

• Handle school property upkeep and maintenance.

• Source and requisite materials for the school, liaise with vendors.

• Create, maintain and update accurate lists and records.

• Perform other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the supervisor and management.

Job Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum ‘O’ Level and above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in general administrative role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Words and Excel)
• Good spoken and written English.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Meticulous and possess good organisation skills.
• A good team player.
• Some accounting knowledge would be an advantage.
