Adobe Campaign Consultant (Classic)

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Campaign Consultant (Classic) to lead technical implementations, support client deployments, and optimize cross-channel campaign strategies. This role requires a strong foundation in database architecture, scripting, and hands-on Adobe Campaign configuration, along with excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Adobe Campaign Classic implementations, including configuration and customization.

• Understand client requirements and design appropriate campaign workflows and data flows (ETL).

• Customize campaigns and develop scripts/web pages based on business logic and marketing goals.

• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and ongoing technical consultancy.

• Conduct training and knowledge transfer to client teams.

• Plan and manage implementations (independently for smaller-scale projects).

• Collaborate with QA, digital marketing consultants, and global consulting teams.

• Support product installations, upgrades, and configuration changes.

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practice sharing

• 4–5+ years hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (Neolane).

• Proficient in SQL (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL).

• Strong scripting/programming background in JavaScript; exposure to Java, VB, PHP, or C# is a plus.

• Good knowledge of HTML, CSS and web technologies.

• Strong understanding of data flow architecture, ETL, campaign setup, and delivery.

• Experience working directly with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

• Ability to manage tasks independently and deliver high-quality technical work.

Nice to have:

• Experience leading teams or mentoring peers.

• Familiarity with other Adobe Digital Marketing solutions (e.g., AEM, Analytics).

• Basic project management experience and tools knowledge.

• Knowledge of HTML DOM manipulation and client-side performance best practices.
