Adobe RT CDP Consultant

• Lead or contribute to end-to-end Adobe Real-Time CDP project implementations using SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
• Design and manage XDM schemas, data models, and identity management solutions within Adobe RT CDP.
• Build and optimize audience segmentation and activation strategies across channels.
• Configure and manage Adobe SDKs and Data Collection technologies to enable seamless data ingestion.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Support data integration efforts involving APIs, SDKs, and backend systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting, testing, and validation to ensure data accuracy and performance.
• Provide training and support to users and stakeholders as needed.

Minimum 3 years of experience working on large-scale Customer Technology Platform projects.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDP implementations.

Minimum 2 years of full lifecycle implementation experience using various SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile) specific to Adobe RT CDP.

Strong experience (minimum 2 years) with:

• XDM schema development
• Data modeling
• Identity management within Adobe ecosystems
• Audience segmentation and activation

Experience with Adobe SDKs and Data Collection technologies.

Strong communication skills in English, as the role requires frequent interaction with stakeholders across Canada, US, and other global regions.

High school diploma or GED required.

Good to Have

Experience with Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Mobile SDK.

Exposure to Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.

Familiarity with backend/server-side technologies such as SOAP/REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases.

Adobe certifications related to Real-Time CDP or Adobe Experience Platform are a plus.
